Shared: your name, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, vehicle details and condition, and any access notes.

Why: the carrier cannot pick up or deliver your vehicle without it. Carriers receive only what is required to complete your shipment and are expected to use it for that purpose only.

Shared: your name, billing address, email, card details and the transaction amount.

Why: to authorize and process your dispatch-day payment. Our processor is PCI-DSS compliant and is contractually limited to payment processing, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

Shared: origin and destination city, state and ZIP, vehicle year, make, model, condition, transport type and dates. Your name, exact street address, phone number and email are not posted publicly and are released only to the carrier that is assigned.

Why: to source qualified, licensed carriers for your route.

• Email delivery and hosting providers, to send quotes, service updates and receipts.
• Telephony and call-handling providers, to place and receive calls and to keep call records where permitted.
• Cloud hosting and database providers, to store your order securely.

Each provider is bound by contract to process your information only on our instructions and to protect it.

Shared: shipment details, vehicle condition documentation, Bill of Lading and photos, only when a claim is filed.

Why: to investigate and resolve a cargo damage claim on your behalf.

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or regulator, to enforce our terms, to prevent fraud, or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.

If Ship Station LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any change in the controller of your data.

• We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or marketing lists.
• We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own advertising.
• We do not disclose your payment card details to carriers or drivers.
